I fell ill for a few days and didn't come out of my room. I called the front desk and asked for an extra blanket, they not only brought the blanket but unknowingly to me actually covered me. On another evening they showed up with several bottles of water and to check on me to see if I needed anything brought to me. (I guess they know that dead bodies are bad for business) I have stayed at several 5-star properties that this kind of service would never have occurred to them. They also had a sweet little stray cat with part of its tail missing that was sort of a mascot that everyone took care of and was always hanging around the front door.

First i had room 221 wifi connection impossible bad and no fridge in room as on pictures, staff VERY friendly and service minded listen to my issues. Then i got moved to room 227 on 2nd floor, much better room and wifi week but now usable. Great several big sofa relax sitting area on 2nd floor, really lovely. Breakfast quite thin, but there is food and staff got me bread fried egg and butter. Had a pleasant stay, clean place and staff great. Only a 5 min walk to Robinson mall and restaurants. Smoke around corners, if you behave clean. They are flexible even no smoke signs everywhere. Thanks a lot.

Very comfortable bed. Excellent included buffet breakfast out by the huge pool with waterfall into the attached children's pool. Centrally located on main road, 100 meters from huge A/C shopping mall. I've stayed at this hotel when visiting this city for 10 years.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to shopping malls and restaurants. Good security. Nice clean pool and sufficient daily complimentary breakfast

Pool was great, breakfast was enjoyable every morning, staff was very helpful and extremely pleasant. I felt like they really appreciated my staying there!

Nice enough place. Clean room, AirCon, comfy bed. Great staff. Swimming pool was good. Airport shuttle provided by the Hotel at 250PHP which i thought very fair.

Food was good but not available all the way through the breakfast times given... I found that if you arrive during the last hour the food is sparse.

everything here is just right, i would recommend to everyone to stay here . I would rent a room all year round at this place if i could
